24th Annual Patient Education Meeting & Luncheon

Join RSN September 16, 2017  for the 24th Annual Patient Education Meeting and Luncheon. 
RSN hosts an annual Patient Educational Meetings at no charge to people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and their family members. This meeting opens with an inspirational patient experience panel led by people who have lived successfully with kidney disease and share what they have done to navigate this illness and live fulfilling lives. Plus learn coping strategies, insurance options and how to advocate for the best care. 

Enjoy a day full of inspiration and useful information, which includes lunch, extra time to meet and visit with fellow patients and their families, a raffle and exhibits.
